To Request an Intradistrict Transfer

Intradistrict Transfer Requests for the 2010-11 School Year

Submission of this year's Intradistrict Transfer Requests will occur between February 4 and March 26, 2010. Requests will be available beginning February 4th at all elementary and middle school offices and at the District Office. Requests must be returned to the District Office (ATTN: Human Resources/Nancy Zunigq). In order to be considered, the request must be received no later than 5:00 P.M. on Friday, March 26, 2010. Parents will be notified of the outcome for requests by May 7, 2010.

K-8 Intradistrict Transfer Requests (IDT) Timelines:

Families must submit their IDT request within these windows. Requests will be only accepted at the District Office by mail, fax or in person and will be date-stamped when received. 

SCHOOL SITES ARE NOT TO ACCEPT IDT Requests.

Intradistrict Transfers will be considered according to administrative regulations. These regulations identify priorities such as program choice, a student's prior status as an overenrolled student, and other interests. The regulation, which outlines all of the priorities and explains the Intradistrict Transfer process, will be available with the Intradistrict Transfer Request Forms
