How do we put citizenship grades in at the end of the marking period?

You should use comments.

You can access the comments screen through the Score Inspector in the Scoresheet Tab.

Alternately, you can just double-click on a Final Grade in the Scoresheet Tab.

This will pop up the Score Inspector and you will see the area that you need to add comments.
