Dear 403(b) TSA Program Participant:

Attached is the current 403(b) TSA investment provider list for Sonoma Valley Unified School District.

This list is composed of those providers who have notified the district of their willingness and/or ability to adhere to the new administrative guidelines required due to the new IRS regulations regarding school district 403(b) plans generally effective January 1, 2009.

Important note:

Please keep in mind that this list is subject to change as investment providers continue to evaluate their ability to comply with the new administrative requirements.  A current list will be maintained at SVUSD Fiscal Services Department and will be updated as needed.

Action Required:

If your current provider is not on the attached list please be sure to contact your investment advisor to review the choices available for future payroll contributions or contact one of the approved providers directly for additional assistance.

If necessary, you must select a new 403(b) TSA investment provider by March 10, 2009 in order to ensure that your contributions continue uninterrupted beginning in March.

We recognize the changes required may cause extra effort on your part and want to make sure the process continues to be as simple as possible.  Other than the available provider list, no other changes to the steps you need to take have been made.  Again, please be sure to visit with your investment advisor for assistance.
