SVEF is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting excellence in our Sonoma Valley public schools. SVEF was founded in 1993 by a group of concerned parents and community leaders. SVEF has recently refocused its vision to be a leader in program driven educational support by creating and fostering community in our schools, by providing significant and sustainable programs, in partnership with Sonoma Valley Unified School District and in concert with their strategic plan. |

The mission of the Sonoma County Office of Education (SCOE) is to foster student success through service to students, schools, and the community. SCOE functions as an educational service agency and strategic partner to the school districts in Sonoma County and their schools. SCOE supports local districts in building strong, effective educational systems. We design and develop services to help districts operate cost-effectively and provide assistance to schools so that all students receive the best possible education. We identify new program opportunities that will benefit Sonoma County students and work in partnership with schools and the community to improve public education. |
